Took my money! Never provided the service
This untrustworthy company has taken over Brent council's bulky waste removal unknowingly to me. As they use the same form and charge £55. Please note I have used this service for years (last used this May 2026), this time after filling the form stating exactly what needed to be collected as per (4x large bags of house bric brac), paying the fee, being accepted then being allocated a collection day... They never collected and refuse to refund my money under the guise that they have now taken over and they have different terms and conditions so cannot collect my 4x large bags or refund me! I have rang and emailed several times. I will not give in to being treated this shady unprofessional way. I will take this as far as it needs to go to get my refund. Terrible treatment and non service. I have to share and warn others using this company. Why won't they do the right thing and refund my money. Underhand way of working and treating customers. I am so upset and have been blatantly duped. I don't know what else to do but share my awful experience.

Do not use LITTA
I sent photos of all the items to be collected to LITTA and they quoted £850 They arrived and the van was not at all big enough so not even half of the items were taken. After a lot of haggling they agreed to send another van on another day but when it arrived it was already full so they could only take a few black bags. After many emails pointing out that they had taken £850 for one load and not taken away the items they charged for they refused to refund half the money. DO NOT TRUST THEM AS THEY SUB OUT THE COLLECTIONS TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON’T CARE

Just don’t even go there!!
I paid £199 for rubbish to be removed, they turned up and probably took one fourth of it, the rest was just left and top it all off, they took her neighbours’s bin and filled it up with rubbish which they left outside my back door. This was in Sheffield.

Where to begin ... I have been a customers of LITTA for YEARS and last time I managed to get 20% off for my next paiement with them because " i am a very good customers of theirs " I sent referral to all my area all my neighbours are using them now so as a kind gesture I was given 20% off for the next time... well, the next time arrives, and here I am calling as usual , and this very rude man wouldn't even be polite enough to explain me the step , i only asked about the policy , how to proceed and all he could he say was " you have to follow the instructions " After me asking for the instructions ... anyway, ping pong ping pong I'll rather cancel everything and never be back with them. also will tell my friends around not to use them anymore.
